Shop Fronts new 7" out now on Rapid Pulse Records. We are also on the brand new rapid pulse comp "Let's Have Some God Damn Fun" along side the DC Snipers, Little Killers, Andy G & the Roller Kings, Some Action, etc. We are fresh back from the Horizontal Action Blackout and had a fucking blast. Great weekend! But a word to the wise, no cursing in O'Hare - they take that shit serious.
We're looking forward to the Dot Dash Year 3 show. This shit will sell out so order your tix HERE. If you live in or near NYC you can get tix at Other Music but don't snooze or you will lose.
If we can get our shit together we'll be doing a short tour of the mid-west in early july. we'll keep you posted.

Shop Fronts and the DC Snipers now have a split 7" single. It is out and you can order it here. It will also be available at Underground Medicine and thru Dot Dash NYC and some other places (like at shows and shit) -- We're also going to be on some upcoming comps - stay tuned for details. The official record release party is Monday, March 7 at Manitoba's on Ave B at 8pm - it's free and us and the Snipers are both playing.
We've got some great shows coming up in February. We'll be playing with the LOST SOUNDS and the DC Snipers at Magnetic Field on Sat, Feb 19. And we're playng with the mighty GUITAR WOLF at Maxwell's in Hoboken on Sun, Feb 27. And before all that we're playing with the Wretched Ones on Feb 5 at Siberia. We're also going to do a live set on WFMU 91.1 FM along with the DC Snipers on Sat, Feb 26 courtesy of Terre T. This will be archived online too.
In other upcoming news the Shop Fronts will be playing the Horizontal Action Blackout this Spring in Chicago! Fuck yeah! The fucking Bad Times, Blank-Its, Fatals, Kajun SS, Final Solutions, MOTO and the Rivercity Tanlines will all be playing. The big internet romour is that the Pagans will be playing. If that's true - then holy fucking shit!

We're all totally bummed that Wowsville is gonersville. But we're stoked about playing the amazing going away party for Alberto and Sonia! Thursday, Dec. 2 at Siberia the Shop Fronts will hit the stage with the Black Lips, Little Killers and DC Snipers! Come rock and say goodbye to NYC's first and only punk rock record store.
Otherwise we're in the process of recording a bunch of shit with James Flames. So far so good. We've got a couple of rough mixes available to hear on our Myspace page. We'll have more available soon and we'll let you know what the hell we're going to do with these tracks when it all gets sorted out.
Thanks to everyone who came out early to check us out at the big Dot Dash Year 2 - This is Rock'n'Roll extravaganza! Man, what a fucking weekend! It was great to play the with the Weirdos, Spits, MOTO and Little Killers! But holy shit the KIDS were just fucking amazing saturday night! A weekend to remember forever. Anyways, we're gonna play with Jewdriver & Vee Dee at Siberia on Sat Aug 14 so come on down after the big Randall's Island thingy - or come on down earlier if you ain't going to that thing. Oh yeah, come early it's the NYC debut of the D.C. Snipers!
